This Refund and Transfer Policy governs the purchase of warranty plans provided by AZ Warranty Sdn. Bhd. (“AZ Warranty”). Customers are advised to review all warranty plan details, coverage scope, and applicable terms prior to completing their purchase.
Warranty plans purchased from AZ Warranty are generally non-refundable upon policy activation.
Once a warranty policy has been activated, the service is deemed to have commenced and the transaction shall be considered completed.
Refund requests will not normally be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:
Warranty plans are issued specifically for the registered vehicle and policyholder.
Transfer of warranty ownership is generally not permitted unless expressly approved in writing by AZ Warranty in accordance with applicable policy terms.
Where ownership of the vehicle changes without approved transfer, warranty coverage may cease in accordance with the issued Warranty Policy.
By purchasing and activating a warranty plan, the customer acknowledges that:
AZ Warranty reserves the right to review exceptional refund or transfer requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
Any request must be submitted formally in writing together with supporting documentation. Approval of any exception shall not constitute precedent for future cases.
By proceeding with the purchase and activation of a warranty policy, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Transfer Policy together with the applicable Terms & Conditions and Warranty Policy.
